By creating a business profile and/or posting content on TowneDeals.com, the user agrees to comply with the following Terms and Conditions, rules, and restrictions.
Content
- All content submitted by the user must be lawful, non-offensive, and suitable for display to the general public. This includes text, images, audio, video, links, or any other submitted content.
- TowneDeals.com reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. If content is removed or edited, the user may request a review before account termination. If an account is terminated for violating these terms, the user must continue to honor and accept all certificates sold to consumers prior to termination.
Allowing Information
The user grants TowneDeals.com permission to use business names, logos, images, videos, certificates, and other submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, online advertising, email marketing, social media, print advertising, and other forms of promotion intended to increase awareness of the business and certificates offered through TowneDeals.com.
Providing Certificates
The user represents that they are the owner of the business or an authorized representative with authority to enter into agreements on behalf of the business.
The user agrees to allow TowneDeals.com to market and sell discount certificates for the business listed on the profile. The business agrees to honor all valid certificates purchased by consumers through TowneDeals.com prior to expiration.
TowneDeals.com may determine pricing, discounts, promotional offers, and certificate terms in coordination with the business. Certificate quantities, expiration periods, and promotional limitations may be established to best serve consumers, businesses, and community participation.
The business agrees to honor all valid certificates sold prior to account termination, expiration of the business agreement, or profile removal until the stated certificate expiration date.
It is expressly agreed that selecting or clicking the “I Agree” box shall have the same legal force and effect as a written signature by the parties to this agreement.
